Job Title: Graphics Designer 

Location: Lagos

Job Summary

• The Graphics Designer is responsible for creating visually compelling and brand-aligned designs that support marketing, corporate communications, and digital media initiatives.
• This role requires creativity, technical expertise, and a strong understanding of visual storytelling to produce high-quality designs across print and digital platforms.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Develop creative design concepts for digital and print materials including social media graphics, brochures, flyers, presentations, banners, and advertisements.
• Translate marketing and brand strategies into visually engaging designs that communicate key messages effectively.
• Collaborate with marketing, communications, and other departments to deliver cohesive brand visuals.
• Create and maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all platforms.
• Design multimedia content including motion graphics and basic video edits where required.
• Prepare artwork files for print production and ensure accuracy in layout, dimensions, and color specifications.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, design tools, and emerging creative techniques.
• Review final layouts and suggest improvements when necessary.
• Maintain organized archives of design files and assets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in graphic design or a related creative role.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects) and other relevant design tools.
• Strong portfolio showcasing creative and professional design work.
• Knowledge of typography, color theory, layout principles, and branding.
• Basic understanding of UI/UX design principles is an added advantage.
• Ability to prepare production-ready artwork for print and digital platforms.
