Job Title: Senior HVAC Specialist

Role Summary

• The Senior HVAC Specialist will be responsible for the design, installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems.
• The role involves overseeing projects, ensuring system efficiency, and maintaining compliance with safety and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and review HVAC system layouts and technical specifications.
• Supervise installation, testing, and commissioning of HVAC systems.
• Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
• Diagnose and resolve complex HVAC system faults.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.
• Prepare technical reports, documentation, and cost estimates.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and project teams.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior technicians.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• Minimum 8 years of HVAC experience, with at least 3 years in a senior role.
• Strong knowledge of chillers, AHUs, VRF/VRV systems, ducting, and refrigeration systems.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and schematics.
• Experience with HVAC control systems and energy efficiency practices.
• Strong problem-solving and leadership skills.
