Job Title: Account / Finance Officer

Location: Abaranje, Ikotun - Lagos

Job Summary

• We are seeking a detail-driven Account / Finance Officer to manage financial records, support reporting, and strengthen internal controls within our manufacturing operations
• . The ideal candidate must be structured, analytical, and experienced in handling the financial realities of production environments, costs, stock movement, and disciplined documentation.

Responsibilities

• Record and reconcile daily financial transactions
• Manage accounts payable and receivable
• Prepare monthly financial reports and schedules
• Monitor expenses and support budget control
• Handle bank reconciliations and cash management
• Track inventory costs and support stock reporting
• Assist in payroll processing and statutory remittances
• Maintain proper documentation for audit and compliance purposes
• Support management with financial insights for decision-making.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields
• 2 - 4years accounting experience (manufacturing experience is strongly preferred)
• Strong knowledge of bookkeeping and financial reporting
• Understanding of cost accounting and inventory management
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
• Knowledge of Nigerian tax and statutory requirements (PAYE, VAT, .Pension, etc.)
• High level of accuracy, responsibility, and confidentiality

Salary
N150,000 - N250,000 monthly.
