Job Title: ICT Lead

Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers

Job Summary

• We are seeking a hands-on ICT Lead to manage the Company’s ICT and telecommunications services, including IT support, networks and Internet services, telecoms/CUG systems, website and email administration, cybersecurity, CCTV and AV systems, and digital media support.
• The role supports reliable ICT operations in line with ISO 9001:2015 requirements.

Role

• Provide hardware and software support for computers, mobile devices, printers, and business applications.
• Support networks, Internet services, user accounts, backups, and telecom systems including VoIP/PBX and CUG management.
• Install and maintain CCTV systems and virtual meeting/AV equipment.
• Manage company website, email systems, and cybersecurity controls.
• Support digital marketing through graphics and social media content.
• Maintain ICT documentation, provide user support and training, and coordinate vendors in line with ISO 9001:2015.

Requirements
Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Multimedia Design, or related field.
• Relevant certifications such as CompTIA, CCNA, Microsoft 365, or related qualifications will be an advantage.

Experience:

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in ICT support or administration.
• Experience in hardware/software support, networking, telecoms/VoIP/PBX, and Internet service management.
• Experience with CCTV, virtual meeting systems, website and email administration, and cybersecurity practices.
• Experience in graphic design and social media content creation.

Skills:

• Strong troubleshooting skills across operating systems and office applications.
• Knowledge of networking, VoIP/PBX, CCTV systems, and Internet services.
• Familiarity with website CMS, email systems, backup and recovery tools.
• Proficiency in graphics tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva or similar).
• Strong communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.

Remuneration
N200,000 - N250,000 monthly.
