Responsibilities

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Communication, or a related field with 1 - 3 years work experience.
• Proven experience in client relations or customer service, preferably within the security sector.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with a strong aptitude for interpersonal interactions.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
• Proficient in using customer relationship management (CRM) software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• A professional demeanor, with a commitment to maintaining confidentiality and ethical standards.
