Job Summary 

• We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Supervisor to join our dynamic team in the Security and Investigations industry.
• The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in security management, demonstrating a proven ability to effectively monitor and oversee security operations within various environments.
• As a Security Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of personnel, property, and assets by implementing and enforcing security policies and protocols.
• You will lead and guide a team of security personnel, providing training, support, and oversight to maintain high standards of security services.
• The successful candidate will be adept at conducting risk assessments, responding to incidents, and collaborating with local law enforcement and emergency services when necessary. Strong leadership skills, coupled with excellent communication abilities, are essential to foster a safe and secure atmosphere for all stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of the security team to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Conduct regular security assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities and implement necessary corrective measures.
• Develop and deliver training programs for security personnel to ensure they are knowledgeable about safety protocols and emergency procedures.
• Respond promptly to security incidents, investigating and documenting events as necessary while taking appropriate actions to mitigate risks.
• Maintain detailed records of security activities, incidents, and reports, ensuring accurate and timely documentation.
• Collaborate with local law enforcement agencies and emergency services to enhance security measures and response strategies.
• Ensure that security equipment and systems are properly maintained and operational at all times, coordinating repairs and upgrades as needed.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a security supervisor or in a similar role within the security industry.
• In-depth knowledge of security protocols, procedures, and best practices.
• Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and guide security personnel.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with staff, clients, and law enforcement agencies.
• Ability to conduct thorough investigations and produce comprehensive reports on security incidents.
• Familiarity with surveillance systems, access control technologies, and emergency response plans.
• Valid security license and certifications as required by state or local regulations.
