Role Summary

• Tuslik Realty is seeking an experienced and results-driven Media Manager to lead its Media Department. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategic media initiatives that drive brand visibility, generate qualified leads, and support property sales.
• This role requires a balance of creativity, performance marketing knowledge, leadership ability, and operational discipline. The Media Manager will supervise the content team and ensure consistent, professional, and results-oriented media output.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute Tuslik’s overall media and content strategy aligned with business and sales goals.
• Plan and manage monthly content calendars and campaign rollouts.
• Oversee production of property videos, digital creatives, and promotional content, ensuring quality and brand consistency.
• Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns to drive engagement and qualified leads.
• Supervise and coordinate the media team, ensuring timely delivery and professional conduct.
• Track performance metrics, analyze results, and present weekly reports with actionable insights.
• Safeguard the company’s digital reputation and maintain consistent brand positioning across platforms.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years proven experience in media management or digital marketing.
• Demonstrable portfolio with measurable results (lead growth, engagement increase, campaign ROI).
• Strong understanding of:
  • Social media algorithms
  • Paid advertising
  • Content storytelling
  • Video direction and content production
• Leadership or supervisory experience is required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Self-driven and performance-oriented.
• Basic understanding of real estate marketing is an advantage.

Work Structure:

• Hybrid schedule: 3 days onsite (for content production, meetings, and coordination), 2 days remote.
• Must be available during official working hours.
