Own go-to-market execution to support near-term launches and long-term geographic and category expansion
Lead operational budgeting, capacity planning, and resource allocation aligned to growth priorities
Shape and evolve the end-to-end operating model to support sustainable scale.
Product Launch & Customer Activation:
Output: Products go live in the market with measurable activation and early retention.
Own the operational path from MVP to live customer usage
Drive onboarding, activation, conversion, and early retention through defined lifecycle metrics
Remove operational blockers that prevent products from gaining adoption momentum
Voice of the Customer & Product Signal
Output: Clear, prioritised customer signal driving focused product iteration.
Act as the operational voice of the customer into Product and Engineering
Translate on-ground insights into prioritised, actionable product inputs
Ensure customer feedback loops are closed after changes are delivered.
Operational Playbooks & Feedback loops:
Output: A repeatable launch and learning rhythm that accelerates adoption
Define repeatable playbooks for product launch, activation and support
Design fast feedback loops between customers, operations, and product teams
Initiate, design, and own operational solutions and workarounds (including manual processes and SOPs) to unblock execution and adoption, independent of product or engineering timelines.
Platform Operations Execution & Scale:
Output: An operations function that scales adoption without introducing friction
Lead the Platform Operations function to support growing product usage
Scale customer touchpoints while maintaining execution speed and quality
Govern third-party vendors with clear accountability, metrics, and escalation paths.
Team Leadership & Capability Building:
Output: A durable operations team aligned to customer and product success
Build, structure, and develop a high-performing operations team
Establish clear ownership, accountability, and decision rights
Ensure operations acts as a force multiplier for product outcomes.
Executive Collaboration & Risk Management:
Output: Leadership alignment, execution readiness and controlled delivery risk
Represent operations at the leadership level for platform initiatives
Translate strategic direction into executable operational plans
Proactively surface risks, dependencies, and trade-offs with recommendations.
What we are looking for?
8 – 12 years of experience in operations, product delivery, or platform roles, with at least 3+ years in a leadership position
Proven experience turning MVPs or new products into real customer adoption through operational execution.
Experience in high-growth startups or tech companies, with strong understanding of the challenges of scaling operational teams and systems
Demonstrated ability to operate with autonomy and sound judgment in senior operational roles
Proven track record of managing cross-functional product launches and tech-driven initiatives
Strong prioritisation and decision-making capability across competing demands
Experience partnering with C-suite stakeholders in environments requiring independent leadership and execution ownership
Strong leadership skills with experience managing and growing teams
Deep familiarity with product development cycles, vendor management, and rollout across across launch, adoption, and expansion phases
Excellent project management, communication and stakeholder management skills, especially at the C-suite level
Highly structured, execution-focused, and thrives in fast-paced environments.
Desirable Experience:
Experience in fintech, SaaS, platform or multi-sided marketplace businesses
Background in compliance-heavy environments (e.g. financial services, logistics, e-commerce)
Exposure to ERP/CRM integration, digital transformation, or operational process design.
