We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Site Engineer

Location: Lagos 
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Requirements

• Proven experience managing residential development projects from start to completion.
• Strong technical knowledge of construction processes, site supervision, material managementand quality control.
• Ability to coordinate contractors, consultants, and subcontractors effectively.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent reporting and project management abilities.
• Preference will be given to candidates who have handleddevelopments in Lekki, Ikoyi, and Banana Island.

Salary Budget
N300,000 - N500,000 (based on experience and competence)
