Our goal is to provide all round brand solutions to our customers. We are built on four pillars which are Brand Communication, Designs as a service, Promotional gift items and Print and Fabrication.

Job Summary

• We are looking for a smart, enthusiastic, and growth-oriented Business Growth Intern to join our dynamic branding and advertising team.
• This role is ideal for a young professional seeking hands-on experience in business development, client relationship management, and revenue growth strategies.
• The intern will support the execution of growth initiatives, assist in client engagement activities, and contribute to expanding the company’s market presence.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the team in understanding and promoting the company’s products, services, and value propositions.
• Assist in sourcing and engaging prospective clients through research, outreach, and networking.
• Help maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Identify potential upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
• Support the preparation of business proposals, presentations, and contracts.
• Assist in market research, competitor analysis, and industry trend monitoring.
• Participate in industry events and networking activities when required.
• Track leads and follow up on business opportunities.
• Support the execution of growth strategies and action plans.
• Contribute to achieving team KPIs and revenue targets.

Requirements

• Recent graduate or currently completing a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Eagerness to learn business development and client management processes.
• Basic research and analytical skills.
• Good presentation and proposal writing skills.
• Self-motivated and willing to take initiative.

Salary
N50,000 / month.
