We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Business & Sales Lead

Location: Abuja (FCT) / Lagos 
Employment Type: Full-time (Hybrid)

Role Overview

  • We are now looking for a Business & Sales Lead who can build revenue engines, close high-value deals, and shape the commercial strategy of the company.
  • As the Business & Sales Lead, you will own revenue growth, strategic partnerships, and market expansion.
  • You will work directly with founders and product teams to drive customer acquisition, refine GTM strategy, and scale the sales pipeline.
  • This is not a support role. This is a revenue leadership position.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute B2B sales strategies for IT/SaaS solutions
  • Own end-to-end sales cycle: prospecting → pitching → negotiation → closing
  • Build and manage a high-quality sales pipeline
  • Identify new markets, partnerships, and revenue channels
  • Lead client presentations, demos, and proposal negotiations
  • Create pricing strategies aligned with market positioning
  • Collaborate with marketing for demand generation campaigns
  • Track KPIs, revenue forecasting, and performance metrics
  • Represent the company in networking and industry events

What Success Looks Like (First 6 Months)

  • Build a qualified sales pipeline within 60 days
  • Close minimum 3–5 strategic deals
  • Define repeatable sales processes
  • Establish 2+ strategic partnerships
  • Contribute to revenue growth roadmap

Requirements
Mandatory Requirements (Non-Negotiable):

  • Minimum 3+ years experience in B2B IT/SaaS sales or business development
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets
  • Experience closing mid-to-large ticket enterprise deals
  • Strong understanding of IT services, SaaS models, or digital transformation
  • Demonstrated ability to generate leads independently
  • Excellent negotiation and contract-closing skills
  • Data-driven approach to pipeline and forecasting
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken).
