Summary

• We’re looking to hire two G & P Managers to drive business development, operations, growth, and partnerships.
• This is an externally facing, revenue-focused role, not a back-office position.

What you’ll be responsible for

• Driving business development and revenue growth
• Building and managing strategic partnerships
• Coordinating and executing events and activations
• Owning deals from pitch to execution.

This role is for you if you

• Interested candidates should possess an HND / Bachelor`s Degree with 2 years experience.
• Are confident in B2B sales, pitching, and negotiations
• Can build partnerships and close deals
• Understand events, marketing, and operational execution
• Think in ROI and revenue, not hours worked
• Can work independently without micromanagement.

Compensation

• N200,000 monthly base salary
• 5–10% uncapped commission per deal
• Performance bonuses tied to revenue and execution
• Experience in events, experiential marketing, media, or tech is a strong advantage.
