Job Title: Junior Accountant (NYSC)

Job Summary

• We are currently offering an exciting opportunity for a smart, detail-oriented, and analytical NYSC Corps Member to join our Finance Team as a Junior Accountant (Intern).
• This opportunity is ideal for a corps member seeking hands-on experience in accounting within a structured manufacturing environment

Responsibilties

• Assist in preparing daily, weekly, and monthly financial report.
• Support accounts payable and receivable processes.
• Post journal entries and maintain accurate accounting records.
• Assist in bank reconciliation and ledger management.
• Support inventory and cost tracking within the production unit.
• Maintain proper filing of financial documents.
• Assist with payroll documentation and tax records.
• Perform other finance-related duties.

Qualifications / Experience

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline
• Must be a current NYSC Corps Member seeking PPA
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
• Good communication and willingness to learn
• Integrity and ability to handle confidential information.
