Schulup is a hybrid School Management application that provides a complete solution for school management and virtual learning in the most user friendly interface, currently trusted by over 160 schools across multiple states in Nigeria.The platform helps schools automate results & report cards, attendance, CBT/exams, assignments, communication with parents, and overall school administration. Conduct or coordinate product demos. Convert interested schools into paying customers. 

We are expanding nationwide and are recruiting School Growth Executives to drive school onboarding in selected States in the capacity below:

Job Title: Lead Conversion & Demo Officer

Role Overview

• The Lead Conversion & Demo Executive will play a critical role in turning leads into paying schools. The role requires strong communication skills, discipline in follow-up, and the ability to confidently demonstrate the Schulup platform to school owners and administrators.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage school owners, proprietors, principals, and administrators
• Conduct or coordinate product demos
• Follow up on assigned leads promptly (within 5–24 hours)
• Convert interested schools into paying customers
• Update all activities, leads, and outcomes in the CRM
• Follow up on leads generated from ads, referrals, and field marketers
• Support onboarding of newly signed schools.

Candidate Requirements

• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to interact professionally with school owners and administrators
• Must have a working laptop, reliable access to electricity and stable internet connection
• Basic digital skills (WhatsApp, Google tools, online meetings)
• Discipline in reporting and meeting targets.

Compensation Structure

• N80,000 monthly salary
• Weekly allowancefor calls, data, and logistics
