Job Overview
We are currently searching for an I.T Business Development/Sales Executive.
The preferred candidate will be involved in the core planning, development, coordinating and implementation of strategies to acquire new clients and also the sales process of the company, as well as connecting with clients, generating value and revenue alongside target oriented sales.
Candidate will be responsible for managing different activities, such as developing marketing plans, direct outbound and inbound sales, client service, and effective strategies to drive sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
Responsibilities will include but will not be limited to;
Identifying the sectors, companies, organizations, SME’s, and Brands that can benefit from the services and solutions offered by the company.
Develop key relationships within the public sector; Ministries, Agencies, MDA’s, parastatal etc. Pitch our solutions and services to increase client base.
Plan and oversee new business initiatives and growth opportunities within the Information Technology value chain.
Business cycle management, and selling multiple solutions.
Effectively search out and getting new clients while developing the business.
Analyzing budgets, preparing annual budget plans, scheduling expenditures, and ensuring that the sales team meets their quotas and goals.
Consistently realign market strategies and activities to improve product visibility, acquisition and retention of customers in the premium business sector.
Responsible for preparing work schedule intended for the sales team as well as assigning certain duties and tasks.
Strengthen the company’s business development capabilities and direct sales.
Developing ways to improve customer experience and build brand loyalty.
Arranging business meetings and one-on-one conversations with prospective clients.
Administering in meeting growth plan objectives within deadlines and objectives.
Procuring new clients through various means.
Executive sales objectives.
Creating sales pitches and proposals.
Negotiating contracts.
Preparing contract and Bidding documents; following indicated Terms of Reference.
Attending networking activities to research and connect with prospective clients.
Managing record of sales, revenue, and other important data.
Negotiating with clients to secure the most attractive prices.
Reviewing client’s feedback and implementing necessary changes.
Finding and following new sales leads.
Responsible for working with technical team to onboard and integrate new clients and develop existing client relationship.
Manage the sales with the sole focus of maximizing revenues on a timely, reliable, and consistent basis.
Research prospects to tailor messages, ensuring outreach addresses their specific pain points.
Alignment with Values: Ensure outbound messaging aligns with company branding to build trust rather than appearing as spam

Month 1: Pipeline Foundation
Target: A) Identification and qualification of 20 high-value leads Corporations and Public Sector. B) Minimum, 5 New paying customers (SME Segment) per 14 days.
Deliverable: Submission of 5 bespoke technical proposals and pitches for high-value/ticket leads.
Month 2: Initial Conversion
Target: A) Minimum of 3 New Paying Customers (SME segment) per week,
B) 2 Enterprise presentation achieved and 1 Enterprise Lead moved to conversation/negotiation/ buy-in stage.
Month 3: Strategic Scaling
Target: A) Minimum of 5 New Paying Customers per week (SME Segment),
B) 3 High Level Enterprise presentation achieved (High-ticket).
Qualification and Experience
Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Business Administration, Marketing or related fields
Minimum of 2 years B2B sales experience, especially in selling Information Technology Solutions & services.
Minimum 3-year proven work experience in similar role.
Proven experience in developing and implementing profitable sales and marketing strategies;
Proven ability to win bids and garner new business opportunities
Proven track record of growing business and exceeding revenue targets.
Examining and analysing past, present and future sales performance as set forth by the company’s strategic target and developing plans in meeting the set target.
Excellent computer skills and clear understanding of Information Technology solutions like Enterprise Web Development, SaaS, Software/ mobile app development and life cycle, AI
Ability to Use frameworks like BANT (Budget, Authority, Need, Timing) or CHAMP to ensure you are targeting high-potential leads.
Diligent in multi-touch follow-up to achieve upto 50% success rate of Leads converted to buying customers
Strong and dynamic, with an Entrepreneurial mindset.
Superb Presentation skills
Proven ability to develop businesses processes and manage operational output.
Good communications skill and ability to work with a wide range of people from different backgrounds.
Skills in marketing, sales, and closing deals.
Key account management and fostering good relationship with exiting clients
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Exceptional market and customer awareness and presentation skills.
Excellent networking skills.
Strong sales, marketing, and negotiation skills.
Exceptional attention to details.
Able to use design tools like Canva, ability to use PowerPoint and Ai tools like Gamma.ai, Claude to create presentations and proposals.
Proficient in the use of AI like ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini for research and strategy and content development.
Understands the process on howto develop proposals, project scope of work, briefs and other related documents
Has good knowledge of Procurement and Contract bidding procedures
Ability to exercise independent judgement.
Highly organized and able to work independently.
Ability to multitask.
Availability to travel on short notice.
Up to date on emerging Technologies, Digital Transformation, and AI Automation.
Living in Gwarimpa or it’s environs would be ideal.

N250,000.00 / month (KPI driven).
