Job Summary  

• The Sales Manager is responsible for driving sales growth, managing the sales team, expanding market coverage, and ensuring efficient distribution of FMCG products across the assigned territory.
• The role involves developing and executing effective sales strategies, maintaining strong relationships with distributors and retailers, and consistently achieving revenue targets.
• The Sales Manager will also build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key customers to ensure long-term business partnerships.
• Additionally, the role requires promptly addressing customer complaints and ensuring quick and effective resolution to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and brand loyalty.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a B.Sc Degree with 2 - 5 years work experience.
