HR Solution is an HR Support firm carrying out HR functions for and on behalf of our clients. We are recruiting for our client, a major importer and distributor of frozen fish in West Africa.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Truck Driver

Locations: Port Harcourt - Rivers, Ikeja - Lagos and Benin - Edo
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Roles
The truck driver will be responsible for:

• Moving goods and materials from one location to another.
• Ensuring that the assigned truck is given regular/day-to-day maintenance checks, etc.
• Operation of the truck in a manner consistent with reasonable practices that avoid abuse, theft, neglect, or disrespect of the equipment.
• To ensure the truck remains in good condition.
• To pay attention to and practice safe driving techniques and adhere to current safety requirements.
• To secure the truck when it is parked to deter theft of the vehicle or goods and vandalism.
• To have good padlocks for the truck to avoid goods from being stolen from their trucks when they are packed
• Ensure that the truck is kept clean, tidy, and in good working condition always.

Requirements

• Minimum Educational Qualification: SSCE.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of previous experience as a truck driver in Abuja and its environs.

Skills and Competencies:

• Must be conversant with the Lagos, Benin, and Port Harcourt interstate road network system.
• Good communication skills.

Salary Offer
N190,000 - N240 /month and other allowances.
