The Sales Executive is responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities and promoting Seedbuilders’ ICT services, digital skills training and advisory services.
The role involves generating leads, managing client relationships, and converting prospects into customers.
The Sales Executive prepares proposals, negotiates contracts, and ensures the achievement of sales targets.
The position also requires maintaining strong relationships with clients across the public, private, and development sectors.
The role supports market expansion and ensures customer satisfaction while representing Seedbuilders’ brand and services.
Key Responsibilities
Ability to generate a minimum of N60,000,000 in sales revenue on an annual basis and
Close at least 2 B2B deals within a period of 3 months and an average of 10 B2C deals per month.
Direct in person marketing by conducting in-person visits to corporate offices,institutions, and organizations to present company products and services.Identifying, approaching, and engaging decision-makers, including CEOs, Directors, HR Managers, Procurement Officers, and Business Heads.
Deliver product/service pitches, presentations, and demonstrations during physical meetings.
Distribute marketing materials and ensure clear communication of value propositions.
Perform cold calls and follow up with leads to secure revenue and develop a pipeline for our B2C, B2B and B2B SaaS products and services.
Perform cold messages, emails and follow up with leads on social media platforms and Social Networking platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, Twitter to secure revenue and develop a pipeline for our B2C, B2B and B2B Training, Technology, SaaS products and services.
Generate and qualify leads through field activities and convert them into paying customers.Secure new clients, contracts, and service engagements through direct negotiations.
Exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual B2B sales goals by engaging with prospects, understanding their needs, and overcoming their concerns by clearly showcasing how our product helps them meet their goals.
Work closely with the Project Manager, the product manager, and technology team in carrying out research, customer interviews, collecting feedback and insights from B2B potential customers for the development of our products and services.
Identify and pursue partnership opportunities with organizations, institutions, and industry stakeholders.Initiate discussions and support the execution of MoUs, collaboration agreements, and referral partnerships.
Close sales by building connections and robust networks, overcoming objections, and managing timelines and expectations; preparing contracts.
Owning and managing customer success once a deal has been closed. This involves working closely with the tech, product, marketing, and customer care teams.
Foster and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and partners.
Contribute information to sales strategies by evaluating current product results; identifying needs to be filled; monitoring competitive products; analysing and relaying customer reactions.
Thoughtfully demonstrate leadership and people skills while conducting product or service demonstrations.
Coordinate Sales event, exhibitions and workshops while create marketing and sales opportunities to reach greater potential customers.
Create and manage revenue models, process flows, and customer engagement tracking sheets, customer revenue sheets and strategies.

Maintain a deep understanding of our competitors by learning about their products and use this insight to promote our company as a better product and service provider.

Deploy SaaS Sales skills, listening skills, Consultative selling, Business development, Pipeline Building skills in carrying out your duties.
Qualifications and Requirement
Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Master’s degree will be an added advantage).
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in the sales Training for Private and Public Sector, Technology Solutions, SAAS, Individual TVET (digital skills and vocational training) and development.
SaaS Sales, Negotiation, Persuasion, Listening skills, B2B Sales, B2C Sales, Consultative selling, Business development, Pipeline Building skills.
Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
Experience using sales pipeline management tools to track and manage prospects effectively.
Ability to interpret sales analytics and generate performance reports.
Strong skills in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for forecasting, revenue tracking, and data analysis.
Familiarity with email automation tools for sales outreach and follow-ups.
Experience using e-signature platforms such as DocuSign or Adobe Sign for contract processing.
Knowledge of digital contract management and deal workflow tools.
Strong digital prospecting skills using LinkedIn and other online research platforms to generate quality leads.
Ability to conduct virtual sales presentations and product demonstrations using platforms such as Zoom or Microsoft Teams.
Proficiency in proposal and presentation tools such as PowerPoint or Canva to communicate value propositions effectively.
Ability to utilize AI productivity tools to draft emails, research prospects, and prepare meeting briefs efficiently.
