Carlson Hotel, a four-star hotel located at Ikoyi, Lagos, recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Receptionist (Hotel)

Location: Ikoyi, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

 Responsibilities 

• Customer Service:Greeting guests, answering inquiries about services, local attractions, and transport.
• Financial Transactions:Processing payments (cash, credit/debit cards), verifying billing, and handling foreign currency.
• Communication:Managing the switchboard, responding to emails, and coordinating with housekeeping or maintenance to resolve issues.
• Safety & Security:Ensuring the reception area is clean and adhering to hotel policies, including safeguarding guest information.
• Front Desk Operations:Managing arrivals and departures, allocating rooms, and issuing keys/key cards.
• Reservations & Admin:Handling bookings, cancellations, and updating hotel records using property management software (PMS).

 Salary
 N75,000 per month.
