Job Summary

• The Chief Operating Officer (COO) will oversee the organization’s day-to-day operations and ensure the efficient execution of business strategies.
• The role involves driving operational excellence, improving internal processes, and coordinating cross-functional teams to achieve organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily business operations and ensure operational efficiency across departments.
• Develop and implement operational strategies that support business growth and scalability.
• Monitor organizational performance and implement process improvements to increase productivity.
• Work closely with the executive team to translate strategic goals into operational plans.
• Establish operational policies, procedures, and performance metrics.
• Manage cross-functional teams and ensure collaboration between departments.
• Oversee budgeting, resource allocation, and operational planning.
• Identify operational risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and adherence to internal governance policies.
• Drive initiatives that enhance service delivery, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• MBA or other postgraduate qualification is an added advantage.
• 8–12 years of professional experience in operations management, preferably within financial services, fintech, or technology organizations.
• Minimum of 5 years in a senior leadership or management role.
• Strong experience in operational planning, process optimization, and team leadership.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
