Inspire Her Afrika is a non-profit organization committed to raising the next generation of female African leaders by delivering a comprehensive mentorship program designed to provide personalised guidance and support to African women who are seeking to improve their skills, knowledge, and career prospects. Our vision is to be the catalyst for transformative change, we are dedicated to providing thorough mentorship and creating a safe community for African women. Our mission is to equip African women with tools to passionately pursue their dreams, cultivate their skills, and emerge as influential leaders in their respective fields. We aspire to be the foremost mentorship group for African women and to set the standard for empowering African women on their journey to success

Overview

• At Inspire Her Afrika (IHA), we believe that the right guidance at the right time can transform a young woman’s career trajectory.
• Our mentorship program is designed to support early-career African women (0–3 years of work experience) by connecting them with accomplished professionals who are passionate about giving back
• Through mentorship, we help mentees gain clarity, confidence, and the tools they need to navigate their professional journeys.
• Mentors play a vital role in shaping the next generation of African women leaders by offering guidance, sharing experiences, and opening doors to opportunities.

Through the program, mentors engage with mentees through:

• One-on-one virtual mentorship sessions
• Career development and mastery workshops
• Networking and community-building sessions
• Together, we are building a community where African women can learn, grow, and thrive.

Who Can Apply?
We are looking for professionals who:

• Have at least 3 years of work experience in their field.
• Are passionate about supporting and empowering early-career African women.
• Are willing to commit 2 - 3 hours per week for virtual mentorship engagements.
• Have a genuine interest in leadership, career development, and community building.
