Key Responsibilities

• Manage and motivate a team of sales representatives, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance.
• Identifyand pursue new business opportunities in the area, including prospecting and networking.
• Customer-centric mindset with a focus on building long-term relationships.
• Gather and share market insights, competitor activity, and customer feedback.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business,Marketing or any related fields.
• 5+ years of sales experience.
• Certification in sales or marketing (e.g.CSP, CSM).
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and coach a sales team.
