What Makes You Successful Here
You're a Systems Builder: You don't just execute programs. You create frameworks that can scale. You document processes, build templates, and think about how things can run smoothly even when you're not in the room. You understand that sustainable impact requires infrastructure, not just good intentions.
You Balance Strategy with Execution: You're comfortable thinking big picture while managing the details. You can develop a six-month content strategy one day and coordinate event logistics the next. You know when to delegate and when to roll up your sleeves, and you move seamlessly between both modes.
You're a Natural Storyteller: You see the narrative potential in every program, every participant journey, every milestone. You instinctively know what will resonate on social media and can translate real-world impact into compelling digital content. You don't need to create the content yourself, but you know exactly what story needs to be told and how to brief others to bring it to life.
You Take Ownership Without Waiting for Permission: You identify what needs to happen and make it happen. When you see a gap, you fill it. When something isn't working, you fix it. You bring solutions, not just problems, and you're comfortable making decisions within your domain without constant oversight.
You Build Relationships That Matter: You understand that partnerships are built on trust, consistent communication, and mutual value. You're equally comfortable managing corporate sponsors, coordinating with community facilitators, and engaging with participants on WhatsApp. You adapt your communication style while maintaining professional standards.
You're Data-Informed but Mission-Driven: You track metrics and let them guide your decisions, but you never lose sight of why the work matters. You can present impact reports to sponsors while staying deeply connected to the human stories behind the numbers. You know when the data is telling you to pivot and when to stay the course.
You Thrive in Ambiguity: You're building something from the ground up, which means there isn't always a playbook. You're energized rather than paralyzed by open-ended challenges. You can create structure where none exists and remain flexible when plans need to change.
Work Environment:
Based in Yaba, Lagos with hybrid work model
Fast-paced environment requiring flexibility and adaptability
Collaborative culture with direct access to leadership
Emphasis on systematic operations and professional standards
Close collaboration with Fernhill Digital's creative team
Mix of independent work and cross-functional coordination.
What We Offer
Competitive salary commensurate with experience
Opportunity to build and shape a meaningful social impact initiative
Hybrid work arrangement (Tuesday-Thursday in office, Monday-Friday remote)
Access to Fernhill Digital Group's resources, network, and creative expertise
Professional development opportunities and exposure to Nigeria's digital ecosystem
Direct impact on women's lives and careers across Nigeria.
