Job Title: Human Resources Business Partner

Description

• We are seeking an HR Generalist with a good customer services / customer facing background in the Fast Moving Consumer Goods Industry (FMCG).

Responsibilities

• Manpower Planning and Recruitment
• Reward and recognition
• Administration of the Performance Management process
• Management of the Learning and Development process
• Employee Relations Management
• Employee Records Management and Exit Management.

Qualifications, Experience and Attributes 

• BSc / HND or its equivalent
• A professional certification in Human Resources (CIPM, CIPD, SHRM etc) is an advantage
• Good customer services/customer facing background in the FMCG Industry
• 3 years’ work experience as an HR generalist
• Ability to use a Human Resources Information System is an advantage
• Good understanding of the retail business
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Very organised and a good planner
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Trustworthy, discrete and credible
• Good coach and good stakeholder management skills
• Proactive, collaborative and persuasive
• Good with Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint
• Periodic commute to and work from other branches as required.

Salary and Benefits
N300,000.00 (gross) / month + Annual Leave Allowance + HMO (self and dependant).
