Job Title: Surveyor (Senior Surveyor / Team Lead)

Job Summary

• We are seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Surveyor with a minimum of 10 years of professional experience in land and construction surveying.
• The ideal candidate must be capable of leading a team of surveyors, managing survey operations, and utilizing modern surveying technologies including drone surveying.
• The Surveyor will be responsible for conducting accurate land measurements, preparing survey reports, and ensuring that all survey activities meet industry standards and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct land, topographical, and construction surveys for projects and property development.
• Operate and manage survey equipment, including GPS, Total Station, and drone surveying technology.
• Lead and supervise a team of surveyors and field assistants to ensure accurate and efficient survey operations.
• Prepare and review survey plans, maps, and reports for project documentation and approvals.
• Ensure accurate boundary identification and land measurements for development and property transactions.
• Analyze survey data and provide technical guidance for engineering and construction projects.
• Ensure compliance with survey regulations, land laws, and industry standards.
• Coordinate with engineers, architects, project managers, and other stakeholders on project requirements.
• Maintain proper survey records, documentation, and field data.
• Plan and execute drone mapping and aerial survey operations where required.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Surveying, Geomatics, or related field.
• Minimum of 10 years proven experience in land or construction surveying.
• Strong experience in team leadership and project coordination.
• Proficiency in drone surveying and aerial mapping technology.
• Strong knowledge of survey equipment such as Total Station, GPS, and GIS tools.
• Ability to interpret survey data, maps, and technical drawings.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Professional certification or registration with relevant surveying bodies is an added advantage.

N200,000 - N300,000 per month.
