Job Overview

• We are seeking a highly analytical and strategic General Managerto drive the operational and commercial success of DreamCity Capital. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will be responsible for ensuring platform stability, spearheading investor relations, and leading the charge in sales and market penetration.
• The ideal candidate is a finance expert with a decade of experience in capital markets, capable of bridging the gap between technology, regulatory compliance, and revenue generation.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the functionality and reliability of the DreamCity Capital platform. Conduct rigorous testing protocols, gather user feedback, and collaborate with the tech team to implement continuous improvements for a seamless investor experience.
• Manage the end-to-end process of project creation and the structuring of investment offers on the DCC platform, ensuring they are attractive, viable, and aligned with market demand.
• Serve as the primary liaison with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and other regulatory bodies. Ensure the company remains fully compliant with all capital market regulations, including overseeing the implementation and operationalization of the Approval-in-Principle obtained.
• Directly oversee the sales of all investment offerings. Cultivate and maintain robust relationships with the investor community, ensuring high levels of trust, transparency, and retention.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to implement data-driven campaigns aimed at achieving significant market visibility and penetration. Monitor campaign effectiveness and adjust strategies to meet growth targets.
• Build, mentor, and lead a high-performance sales team dedicated to continuously promoting DreamCity Capital’s offerings. Drive the team to consistently meet and exceed sales revenue targets.

Qualifications & Experience

• Educational Background: A Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field is required. A Master’s Degree (MSc, MBA) in these disciplines will be a distinct advantage.
• Industry Experience: Must possess a deep background in Finance and Capital Markets, with a strong understanding of investment instruments and market dynamics.
• Professional Experience: A minimum of 10 years of progressive work experience, with significant exposure to operations, sales leadership, or investment management.
• Regulatory Knowledge: Demonstrable experience interfacing with regulatory bodies such as the SEC and a strong grasp of the compliance landscape for fund managers or investment platforms.
• Technical Acumen: Proficiency in leveraging technology for operational efficiency and platform management.
