Role Description

• Join Our Team as a Customer Service Representative Victoria Island Branch . You ensure a seamless experience in the hospital. You'll provide compassionate support, schedule appointments, guide patients through the admission and discharge processes, and address inquiries with professionalism.
• Special attention will be given to surgery patients, offering them empathetic care, timely updates, and clear communication about procedures and follow-ups.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers via phone, email and chat
• Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing and availability
• Work with internal departments to meet customer's needs
• Data entry in various platforms

Qualifications

• 1 - 3 years' of relevant work experience
• Proven experience as a Customer Service Representative or a similar customer-facing role.
• Experience in the healthcare or service industry is a plus.

Skill:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong active listening and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in using CRM tools and basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging situations calmly and professionally.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
