• Plan and oversee garment production from design to finished product.
• Coordinate with designers, tailors, and suppliers.
• Ensure quality standards and production timelines are met.
• Manage production costs, materials, and inventory.
• Supervise production staff and workflow.
• Ensure efficient use of machines, fabrics, and resources.
• Monitor production output and resolve delays or issues.
