Job Title: International Desk Specialist
Location: Lagos
Role Overview
The International Desk Specialist will lead CW Real Estate’s engagement with vetted international property developers and opportunities across key global markets, initially focusing on the Middle East and selected diaspora hubs.
The role will be responsible for marketing international real estate opportunities, managing investor relationships, coordinating property viewings, negotiating transactions, and guiding clients through offshore purchase processes.
The position serves as thecore operational representative of the CW International Desk, ensuring that international property transactions are handled professionally and in alignment with CW’s global partnership agreements.
This role will operate independently from Lagos and Abuja listingsand focus exclusively on international real estate opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
International Property Marketing & Listings:
Manage listings of vetted international properties from CW partner developers.
Create and maintain accurate property listings and marketing materials.
Promote international opportunities to CW’s investor network and private clients.
Coordinate digital marketing and promotional campaigns for offshore properties.
Client Advisory & Sales:
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients interested in international property investments.
Provide guidance on investment opportunities in partner markets.
Conduct property consultations with prospective buyers.
Schedule and coordinate physical or virtual property viewings with international developers.
Manage negotiations and assist with offer preparation and closing.
Offshore Transaction Coordination:
Guide clients through international purchase processes.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of:
Offshore property regulations
Foreign ownership requirements
International mortgage options
Legal documentation processes
Coordinate with legal, financial, and developer partners during transactions.
Developer Relationship Management:
Maintain professional relationships with international property developers and partners.
Ensure all partnerships operate within agreedcommission structures and service-level agreements.
Communicate feedback from Nigerian buyers to partner developers.
CRM & Pipeline Management:
Maintain a dedicated International Desk CRM pipeline separate from Lagos and Abuja databases.
Track all international leads, inquiries, and transaction progress.
Provide periodic reports on pipeline activity and conversion performance.
Internal Collaboration & Referral Coordination:
Work with Lagos and Abuja sales teams to receive qualified international buyer referrals.
Ensure proper documentation of referrals in line with CW’s referral fee structure.
Provide updates to referring agents on deal progress where necessary.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance, Economics, or related field
3 – 5 years of experience inreal estate sales, international property advisory, or investment sales
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to understandinternational property markets
High level of professionalism when dealing with high-net-worth clients
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with international real estate markets (Dubai, UK, Europe, etc.)
Knowledge ofcross-border property transactions
Exposure todiaspora investment markets
Familiarity with international mortgage or financing structures
