They focus on making the procurement process seamless and accessible for our customers by leveraging the power of information technology to streamline ordering and delivery.

They are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Sales Representative

Location: Idumota / Lagos Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities
Sales and Customer Service:

• Assist walk-in customers by understanding their needs and providing appropriate product recommendations.
• Sell toys to both wholesale and retail customers, meeting individual and store sales targets.
• Build strong relationships with repeat customers to ensure customer loyalty and satisfaction.
• Make sales, attend and engage our online customers via our whats-app community.

Product Knowledge:

• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the toy products, including their features and benefits, to effectively promote them to customers.
• Educate customers about product offerings and assist them in making informed purchase decisions. Store Maintenance:
• Ensure that the store is clean, organized, and well-stocked at all times.
• Assist in product display arrangements to promote sales and make the store more visually appealing.

Sales Reporting and Inventory Monitoring:

• Record all sales transactions accurately in the system and track inventory levels.
• Provide feedback to management regarding low stock levels and assist with stock replenishment when needed. Order Processing:
• Assist customers with placing orders for both wholesale and retail purchases.
• Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure the timely delivery and receipt of goods.

Customer Complaint Resolution:

• Handle any customer complaints or issues professionally and efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Follow up with customers to ensure they are happy with their purchases and service. Additional Responsibilities:
• Perform other duties as required by the store manager to ensure smooth store operations and meet business needs.

Requirements
Education and Experience:

• Minimum of SSCE qualification.
• Experience in retail or sales, especially in a store setting, is preferred.
• Must reside within Idumota, Lagos Island, and environs

Skills and Competencies:

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with customers.
• Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving individual and store sales targets.
• Good organizational and multitasking skills.
• Ability to handle cash transactions and process payments accurately.
• Positive attitude, reliability, and a strong work ethic.
