Job Title: Social Media Content Generation and Growth Expert

Position Overview

• We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Social Media Content Generation and Growth Expert to join our marketing team.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating compelling, engaging, and brand-aligned content across multiple social media platforms while strategically driving audience growth, engagement, and brand awareness.
• This role requires a blend of creative content development skills, data-driven growth strategies, and deep understanding of social media trends and algorithms.

Key Responsibilities
Content Generation:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive social media content strategy aligned with brand goals and marketing campaigns.
• Create high-quality, engaging, and original content including posts, stories, videos, reels, infographics, and other multimedia formats tailored to each platform (e.g.,Instagram,Facebook,LinkedIn,Twitter,TikTok,YouTube).
• Collaborate with graphic designers, videographers, and copywriters to produce visually appealing and on-brand content.
• Maintain a consistent brand voice and messaging across all social media channels.
• Plan and manage content calendars to ensure timely and relevant posting.
• Monitor and respond to audience interactions to foster community engagement and brand loyalty.

Growth Strategy and Execution:

• Design and implement innovative growth strategies to increase followers, engagement rates, and overall social media presence.
• Utilize data analytics tools to track performance metrics, identify trends, and optimize content and campaigns for maximum reach and impact.
• Conduct competitor analysis and market research to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.
• Manage paid social media campaigns, including budget allocation, targeting, and performance analysis.
• Experiment with emerging social media platforms and features to stay ahead of trends and capitalize on new growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with influencers, brand ambassadors, and partners to amplify reach and credibility.

Reporting and Analysis:

• Prepare regular reports on social media performance, growth metrics, and ROI.
• Use insights from analytics to refine content strategies and growth tactics continuously.
• Present findings and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
• Proven experience (3+ years) in social media content creation and growth, preferably in a fast-paced or agency environment.
• Deep understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, best practices, and emerging trends.
• Strong creative skills with proficiency in content creation tools (e.g.,Adobe Creative Suite,Canva, video editing software).
• Expertise in social media analytics tools (e.g.,Google Analytics,Facebook Insights,Sprout Social,Hootsuite).
• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful social media growth strategies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret analytics and make strategic decisions.
• Experience managing paid social media advertising campaigns is a plus.
• Knowledge of SEO, email marketing, and other digital marketing channels is advantageous.

Salary
N150,000 - N200,000 per month.
