Job Title: Brand Communication Executive - BCE

Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Purpose

• Responsible for determining Opinion Leaders and promotional locations in their respective areas, conducting Detailing/Presentation / Sampling activities and running according to plan, conducting promotional activities and being responsible for promo materials, preparing budgets and reports on their use, as well as reports on marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities / Description

• Preparation of marketing reports weekly/ monthly
• Documentation of proposed promotional materials
• Preparation of activity reports and administration of operational activities.
• Provide recommendations in the preparation of marketing activity budgets according to their respective areas and responsibilities
• Ensure the emergence of consumer confidence related to product benefits through Detailing, Presentation, and Sampling activities to Opinion Leaders
• Ensure activities related to external parties are in accordance with the targets and time set
• Ensure that promotional materials are in accordance with set concepts, procedures, and targets
• Evaluate the process and ensure that promotional activities are carried out according to the concept, procedures, and targets set.
• Evaluate processes and visit Opinion Leaders regarding Detailing, Presentation, and Sampling activities
• Evaluate the process and ensure Detailing, presentation, and Sampling activities are on target
• Continue distribution of purchase orders to sales teams at branches or authorized Distributors
• Determine the OL (Opinion Leader) and the place of product promotion, and adjust to the specified target

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s Degree or HND - Marketing/ Management / Communications / Social Sciences / Sciences.
• 1 year in the same position / 1 year in the previous position
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in using communication tools, social media platforms, and design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva).
• Experience in content creation, media relations, and campaign management.
• Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of digital marketing and SEO principles is a plus.
