Job Description

• We are seeking a confident, creative, and energetic Content Creator based in Lagos who is passionate about storytelling, entertainment, and connecting with audiences.
• This role is ideal for someone comfortable on camera, enjoys performing, and can confidently engage with people in public settings.
• The Content Creator will be responsible for developing and filming engaging videos across Lagos, including street interviews, lifestyle challenges, and skits, while working closely with the photo and video team.
• This role requires creativity, improvisation, and charisma to produce content that resonates with viewers across multiple social platforms.
• The ideal candidate is outgoing, camera-ready, and full of personality, someone who thrives in front of the lens, loves brainstorming new content ideas, and knows how to capture attention both online and offline.

Key Responsibilities

• Appear on camera for social media videos, interviews, challenges, and skits filmed across Lagos.
• Generate fresh and creative content ideas aligned with social media trends
• Engage with the public confidently for street-style interviews and interactive challenges
• Collaborate with the photo and video team during weekly shoots
• Assist in scripting, storyboarding, and creative direction for video content
• Represent the brand professionally while maintaining a fun and relatable personality
• Engage online audiences through comments, live sessions, and social media interaction
• Stay up to date with social media trends, viral formats, and content styles

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience creating or appearing in social media content (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, etc.)
• Strong on-camera presence with natural charisma and energy
• Excellent communication, improvisation, and interpersonal skills
• Confident, outgoing, and comfortable engaging strangers in public
• Must be Lagos-based and available for weekly shoots
• Ability to collaborate with a creative team and take direction
• Bonus: Acting, hosting, or influencer experience.

• Competitive Salary (Salary: N100,000 / month.) based on experience.
