We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Driver

Job Summary:

• We are seeking a reliable and skilled Driver to join our team at Alaro City.
• The ideal candidate will have extensive experience driving various types of vehicles including Bus, able to use google map, possess excellent navigation skills, and maintain a clean driving record.
• The Driver will ensure the safe and timely transportation of employees, visitors, and materials to stipulated locations.
• This role requires a proactive attitude, adherence to safety regulations, and a commitment to excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Transport employees, visitors, and goods safely and efficiently to their designated locations.
• Maintain cleanliness and basic maintenance of the assigned vehicles.
• Plan and follow the most efficient routes to facilitate timely arrivals.
• Conduct regular vehicle inspections and report any maintenance or repair needs.
• Adhere to all local traffic laws and regulations, ensuring a safe driving environment.
• Maintain accurate records of trips, mileage, fuel usage, and any incidents.
• Assist in loading and unloading goods as required.
• Provide excellent customer service by ensuring a comfortable travel experience for passengers.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• 3-5 years of experience as a professional driver.
• Knowledge of local roads, traffic laws, and safety regulations.

• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to maintain professionalism and discretion while interacting with passengers.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle unexpected situations calmly.
• Basic vehicle maintenance knowledge.
