We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Sales Executive

Location: Abuja

Job Description

  • Are you a high-performing sales professional who thrives on closing deals, exceeding targets, and driving real revenue impact? Aman HMO is looking for ambitious, results-driven sales executives to grow our enrollee base, win new business, and deliver measurable revenue outcomes in a fast-growing healthcare organization. If you’re energetic, persuasive, and have a hunger for results, we want YOU.
  • As a Sales Executive, you will take full ownership of revenue generation in your territory, bringing in new clients, growing our enrollee base, and driving renewals.
  • Your performance will be directly tied to your earnings through a combination of base salary, commissions, and generous sales bonuses. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives on challenge, targets, and tangible results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities in both corporate and individual segments.
  • Market and sell Aman HMO health plans, articulating value and differentiating our offerings in a competitive healthcare landscape.
  • Manage client relationships proactively, ensuring renewals, satisfaction, and long-term retention.
  • Consistently meet and exceed assigned sales targets and performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with marketing and business development teams to support campaigns, lead generation, and go-to-market initiatives.
  • Track and report sales activities, opportunities, and outcomes to management.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven track record in sales with demonstrable revenue results (experience in HMO, insurance, or healthcare is an advantage).
  • Strong persuasion, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Target-driven, self-motivated, and comfortable operating in a high-accountability environment.
  • Good knowledge of the Abuja market and its business landscape.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple opportunities, and close deals under pressure.
