Job Decription

• Managing Maintenance and Repairs: Coordinating all building maintenance and repairs to ensure the hotel operates smoothly and efficiently.
• Developing long-term plans: Creatinglong-term plans for facility upkeep and improvements to enhance the hotel's services and facilities.
• Ensuringcompliance:Ensuring that all facilities are in compliance wit happlicable environmental, health, ands afety regulations.
• Budget management: Managing the facilities budget and ensuring cost-  effectiveness while maintaining operational efficiency.
• Facilitating guest experience: Ensuring guest satisfaction through well-maintaine damenities and compliance with health and safetyregulations.
