Jun Aesthetic Services Limited is seeking a highly organized and proactive Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations.
The ideal candidate will ensure smoothoperations, excellent client experience, efficient team coordination, and optimal business performance while maintaining the highest standards in aesthetics and wellness services.
Key Responsibilities
Clinic Operations Management:
Oversee daily operationsto ensure efficiency and smooth workflow
Ensure all services are delivered according to our standards and protocols
Coordinate appointment schedules and optimize staff productivity
Maintain operational systems and processes for seamless service delivery
Team Supervision & Coordination:
Supervise administrative staff, aestheticians, and support personnel
Ensure staff punctuality, professionalism, and adherence to ourpolicies
Coordinate staff schedules, meetings, and performance tracking
Assist in recruiting, onboarding, and training new staff
Client Experience Management:
Ensure exceptional customer service and client satisfaction
Handle client feedback, concerns, and service recovery professionally
Maintain a welcoming and professional environment
Monitor the client journey from consultation to post-treatment follow-up
Inventory & Supply Management:
Monitor and manageinventory (skincare products, consumables, equipment supplies)
Coordinate procurement and restocking ofsupplies
Track product usage and reduce wastage
Financial & Administrative Oversight:
Monitor daily sales, expenses, andrevenue reports
Ensure proper documentation of transactions andrecords
Assist in budgeting, cost control, and operational planning
Work with management to improve profitability and efficiency
Compliance & Quality Control:
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards
Maintain hygiene, treatment room readiness, and equipment maintenance
Ensure all procedures follow professional and ethical guidelines
Marketing & Business Growth Support:
Coordinate with the marketing team on promotions and campaigns
Ensure smooth implementation of offers and packages
Track operational performance metrics and suggest improvements
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field
2 years experience in operations management, preferably in a medspa, wellness center, or healthcare facility
Strong understanding of customer service andworkflow management
Experience managing teams and coordinating operations
