Job Title: Business Development Manager

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities with small and growing companies requiring consulting services.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key business stakeholders.
• Promote the company’s consulting services including business structuring, strategy development, and operational advisory.
• Generate leads through networking, referrals, partnerships, and market research.
• Prepare and deliver business proposals and presentations to prospective clients.
• Collaborate with consulting teams to design solutions that meet client needs.
• Monitor market trends and identify opportunities for service expansion.
• Negotiate contracts and close business deals to achieve revenue targets.
• Maintain a strong sales pipeline and provide regular business development reports to management.
• Represent the company at industry events, networking forums, and business meetings.
