About the Role

• We are seeking an experienced Operations Consultant to evaluate, improve, and strengthen our operational systems and workflows.
• The consultant will work closely with leadership to identify operational gaps, streamline processes, and implement systems that improve efficiency, accountability, and overall business performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Review existing operational processes and identify areas for improvement.
• Design and implement structured workflows and operational systems.
• Develop and document Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Establish operational KPIs and performance tracking systems.
• Support cross-functional coordination between teams and departments.
• Lead or support operational improvement projects and implementation.
• Identify operational risks and recommend solutions that improve business continuity.

Requirements

• 5 - 8 years of experience in operations management, operations consulting, or business process improvement.
• Experience designing operational systems, workflows, and SOPs.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work with leadership to drive operational improvements.
