Job Title: Social Media Manager

Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time (Hybrid)

Job Summary

• We are seeking a highly experienced and creative Social Media Manager to lead and manage our digital presence across multiple platforms.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies that increase brand awareness, engagement, and customer acquisition.
• The candidate must have proven experience managing social media accounts professionally and should be based on theIsland or within close proximity to the Island to ensure easy accessibility and collaboration with the team.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage the company’s social media strategy across multiple platforms.
• Manage and grow the company's presence on Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, WhatsApp, and other relevant platforms.
• Plan, create, and schedule engaging content including videos, graphics, reels, and posts.
• Monitor social media trends, tools, and best practices to keep the brand competitive.
• Analyze performance metrics and generate reports to improve engagement, reach, and conversions.
• Respond to messages, comments, and customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
• Coordinate with the marketing and content teams to ensure brand consistency.
• Run and manage social media advertising campaigns to drive traffic and sales.
• Track audience engagement and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Work with influencers, partners, and digital communities to expand brand visibility.

Requirements

• 3 - 5 years proven experience as a Social Media Manager or in a similar digital marketing role.
• Strong experience managing Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, WhatsApp Business, and other social media platforms.
• Demonstrated ability to grow social media pages and increase engagement.
• Strong knowledge of social media analytics, advertising tools, and content management platforms.
• Excellent content creation, storytelling, and copywriting skills.
• Experience with social media scheduling and analytics tools.
• Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
• Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Creative mindset with the ability to stay ahead of digital trends.

Location Requirement:

• Applicants must reside on the Island or within close proximity to Lagos Island to ensure ease of access to the workplace.
