Global Peace Development (GPD) is a Non-Governmental Organization (NGO) founded in April 2002 and focuses on promoting peace for development in Nigeria. The organization envisions a society where sustainable peace drives development for all. GPD seek to build a peaceful society through gender equality, social justice, democracy and governance.

Proposals are invited from qualified and experienced printing and production companies for:

Background

• The Livestock Productivity and Resilience Support Project (L-PRES) is a strategic intervention aimed at improving livestock productivity, strengthening value chains, and enhancing resilience among livestock producers across Nigeria. The project also seeks to strengthen institutional coordination, promote inclusive stakeholder participation, and address conflict dynamics associated with livestock production systems.
• As part of the project’s implementation framework, a comprehensive Stakeholder Engagement Plan (SEP) has been developed and validated through multi-level consultations with stakeholders across selected states and at the national level.
• The SEP serves as a strategic guide for ensuring inclusive participation, transparent communication, grievance redress, and sustained engagement with key actors throughout the project lifecycle.
• Following the successful validation of the Stakeholder Engagement Plan, Global Peace Development seeks to engage a qualified and experienced printing and production company to support the design, production and distribution of L-PRES Stakeholder Engagement Plan document.

Objective of the Assignment
The objective of this assignment is to engage a professional printing and design company to:

• Design and layout the Stakeholder Engagement Plan document in a professional format suitable for donor and stakeholder distribution.
• Print and produce 1,000 high-quality copies of the Stakeholder Engagement Plan.
• Ensure the final publication meets professional standards appropriate for states and national stakeholder distribution.

Scope of Work
The selected company will be responsible for the following:

• Provide professional graphic design and layout services for the Stakeholder Engagement Plan.
• Ensure the design aligns with professional publication standards for development and donor funded projects.
• Incorporate relevant graphics, tables, and formatting elements to enhance readability and presentation.
• Print 1,000 copies of the finalized Stakeholder Engagement Plan.
• Document specifications: ▪ Paper size: A4
  • Printing: Full colour
  • High quality printing and binding suitable for institutional distribution
• Package and deliver the printed copies to the designated location as communicated by Global Peace Development.

Deliverables:
The selected company will be expected to deliver the following:

• Professionally design, produce and distribute the Stakeholder Engagement Plan across L-PRES states.
• 1,000 printed copies of the final document in A4 full colour format.
• Final print ready digital files of the designed document.

Eligibility Criteria
Interested companies must meet the following requirements:

• Demonstrated experience in design, printing, and production of similar publications
• Proven track record in producing high-quality reports, policy documents, or strategic publications.
• Availability of the technical capacity and equipment required to deliver high-quality printing within the specified timeframe.
