We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Regional Sales Representative

Location: Abuja (FCT) 
Employment Type: Full-time
Working Schedule: Monday - Saturday (9:30 AM – 7:00 PM)

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and engage new customers including distributors, wholesalers, supermarkets, hospitals, and baby stores.
• Build and maintain strong relationships to drive repeat sales.
• Execute marketing campaigns and field promotions.
• Meet assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Visit hospitals, maternity homes, supermarkets, and retail outlets to promote company products.
• Sign and manage distributors within the assigned region.
• Provide weekly reports on market feedback, competitor activities, and sales performance.
• Submit daily marketing and transportation reports.
• Coordinate with logistics to ensure timely product supply.
• Maintain proper stock and inventory records where applicable.

Sales Targets:

• Monthly sales target: ₦4,000,000.
• Minimum ₦700,000 from retail channels such as hospitals, maternity homes, and supermarkets.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess relevant qualifications and work experience.

Salary & Benefits

• Salary: N100,000 per month.
• Transport Allowance: Up to N30,000 monthly.
• Commission:
  • 1% on confirmed sales when at least 80% of the monthly target is achieved.
  • N200,000 commission for each distributor successfully onboarded.
