We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Marketing Officer

Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Job Responsibilities
Product Marketing & Deposit Mobilization:

• Market the Bank’s approved savings, deposit, loan and financial inclusion products in line with CBN regulations.
• Mobilize low–cost and sustainable deposits to support the Bank’s liquidity position.

Business Development & Customer Acquisition:

• Identify, prospect, and onboard viable customers including individuals, microenterprises, SMEs, and women‐owned businesses.
• Drive expansion of the Bank’s customer base in line with approved target markets.

Loan Asset Creation & Credit Administration:

• Generate quality risk assets in compliance with the Bank’s Credit Policy Manual and CBN Prudential Guidelines.
• Support credit appraisal, customer due diligence, KYC, and loan documentation processes.
• Promote SME lending initiatives, especially for women‐owned and women‐led businesses.

Loan Monitoring, Repayment & Recovery:

• Conduct weekly monitoring of loan accounts to ensure loans remain performing.
• Proactively follow up on customers to ensure timely repayment of principal and interest.
• Identify early warning signals and escalate delinquent or non‐performing facilities promptly.

Relationship Management & Service Quality:

• Maintain professional and profitable relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Deliver, maintain, and continuously enhance service standards in line with the Bank’s service charter.

Reporting & Compliance:

• Prepare and submit accurate weekly marketing activity reports and call memos.

Performance Management:

• Pursue performance targets set by Management in a compliant and ethical manner.

Duties:

• Perform other assignments as may be assigned by the Supervisor or Management.
