Locations: Abuja (FCT), Lagos, Ogun, and Oyo

Job Description

• We are looking for a motivated Field Marketer to promote our business management software to small and medium businesses. The ideal candidate will visit businesses, introduce our product, demonstrate how it works, and onboard new customers.
• This role requires someone who is confident speaking with business owners, proactive in generating leads, and able to meet sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Visit businessesand offices to introduce our software solution.
• Explain product features and benefits to potential customers.
• Demonstrate how the app works to business owners or staff.
• Generate new leads through field marketing and direct outreach.
• Assist new customers with account setup and onboarding.
• Follow up with potential customers who showed interest.
• Provide feedback from customers to the product team.
• Meet weekly and monthly customer acquisition targets.

Requirements

• Minimum of OND / HND / BSc in any field.
• Previous experience in sales, marketing, or field marketing is an advantage.
• Strong communication and persuasion skills.
• Ability to approach and speak with business owners confidently.
• Self-motivated and target-driven.
• Must be familiar with using smartphones and basic apps.

Benefits

• Salary: N60,000 - N80,000 per month. 
• Monthly salary + commission on every customer onboarded.
