Job Description

• We're seeking to hire a social media officer who will lead our social media activities and drive the visibility that's required for the company's products.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the company's presence on various social media platforms as requested.
• Sound knowledge and up-to-date payment experience across social media platforms.
• Sourcing and creating engaging content that represents the company's brand.
• Manage the community correspondence, including responding to comments from customers on all the company's platforms.
• Develop creative ideas and content using videos and graphics to engage followers on all the company's social media platforms.
• Ensure posts are optimized for maximum reach using various social media management tools and staying abreast of new strategies for community engagement.
• Drive online visibility to translate to sales
• Collaborate with the sales unit for the effective production of all the company’s content
• Other roles as assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications / Experience

• ND, HND, or a Bachelor's Degree in any relevant field, or 1-3 years’ experience handling social media activities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Requirements and Skills:

• Social media marketing skills
• Excellent writing, editing (photo/video/text), and communication skills.
• Demonstrable knowledge of social networking experience and social analytics tools.
• Adequate knowledge of SEO.
• Marketing experience in real estate is desirable.
• Experience in sales and marketing is an added advantage.
