Job Title: Social Media Manager

Location: Opebi, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement creative social media strategies tailored to the events and entertainment industry.
• Manage and grow the company’s presence across relevant social media platforms.
• Create and schedule engaging content, including event highlights, behind-the-scenes footage, client testimonials and live event coverage.
• Collaborate with the event team to ensure consistency in messaging and branding.
• Respond promptly and professionally to messages, comments and client inquiries.
• Plan and manage content calendars to ensure consistent posting and audience engagement.
• Track and analyze performance, providing regular reports and insights.
• Support live event coverage with real-time content updates.
• Maintain brand integrity when handling feedback or complaints.
• Stay updated on content trends, including reels and video editing styles.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
• Maximum of 2 years’ experience in social media or digital marketing.
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms, trends and analytics tools.
• Proven experience executing social media strategies.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic graphic design, video editing and paid ads experience.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Community management experience.
• Creative thinking and strong collaboration skills.
