Core Objective of the Role
To design, execute, and optimize social media-driven growth systems that directly contribute to:
- Lead generation
- Customer acquisition
- Revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
Performance Social Media Strategy:
- Develop platform-specific strategies (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, X)
- Align social media with full-funnel marketing (TOFU → MOFU → BOFU)
- Build campaign-led growth systems, not random posting calendars.
Paid Ads & Media Buying:
Plan, launch, and optimize ads across:
- Meta (Facebook & Instagram)
- TikTok Ads
- LinkedIn Ads
- X Ads.
- Manage:
- Audience targeting
- Budget allocation
- A/B testing
- Scaling winning campaigns.
Funnel Creation & Optimization:
Design and deploy:
- Landing pages
- Lead magnets
- Sales funnels
- Work with tools like:
- GoHighLevel / ClickFunnels / Systeme.io / Webflow (or similar).
- Optimize:
- Conversion rates
- Drop-off points
- Funnel performance.
Content for Conversion (Not Just Aesthetics):
Develop high-converting content strategies, including:
- Hooks
- Offers
- CTAs
- Messaging frameworks
- Collaborate with:
- Designers)
- Video teams
- Sales teams.
Analytics & Growth Optimization:
Track and interpret:
- CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost)
- ROAS (Return on Ad Spend)
- CTR, CPL, CVR
- Build insights and iterate campaigns weekly
- Translate performance into actionable improvements.
Cross-Functional Execution:
Work within the ecosystem to integrate:
- Sales systems
- CRM workflows
- Automation sequences.
Performance Expectations (KPIs)
You will be evaluated based on:
- Cost per lead (CPL)
- Conversion rate (CVR)
- Return on ad spend (ROAS)
- Revenue contribution from campaigns
- Funnel performance improvements.

Requirements
Must-Have (Non-Negotiable)
- Minimum 2+ years experience running social media campaigns
- Proven experience with paid ads (Meta required)
- Strong understanding of:

- Ability to drive measurable results (not vanity metrics).

- Has worked on real campaigns with real budgets
- Has generated leads or sales directly from social media

Technical Skills:
- Ads Manager (Meta, TikTok, etc.)

- Basic analytics tools (Google Analytics, dashboards, etc.)
- CRM familiarity (advantage).

- Understands marketing as a system, not isolated tactics
- Can connect:
- Content → Traffic → Leads → Sales.
Execution Mindset:
- Fast, iterative, data-driven
- Comfortable testing, failing, and optimizing quickly.
