Job Summary

• We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to join a dedicated team supporting our customer, leading and coordinating their IT-related projects. You will be responsible for ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet the highest quality standards.

Working Structure
The position is based at Eryk's service center in Lagos, Nigeria. It requires a standard 40-hour work week, with 8 hours per day work shifts.The role will operate in a hybrid structure:

• 1Supported Onboarding (First 2 Months – On-site mandatory)
• For the first two months, you’ll work fully on-site at our service center. This period is designed to set you up for success - helping you integrate smoothly into our processes, receive hands-on guidance, and build a strong understanding of our customers’ delivery expectations.
• Hybrid Structure (After Onboarding and upon meeting Eryk’s Hybrid Work requirements)
• After the onboarding period, the role transitions to a hybrid schedule:
• Assigned days per week on-site at our service center
• Days per week working from your approved work-from-home locatio

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and manage projects from initiation to completion.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external partners to align project objectives and deliverables.
• Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Provide regular status updates and progress reports to the Group IT Manager.
• Proactively identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Ensure comprehensive documentation of project activities, decisions, and deliverables.

Competence Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 4+ years of proven experience managing software development or IT infrastructure projects.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Tech Stack, especially Azure DevOps and GitHub.
• Experience in coordinating cross-functional teams and external vendors.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
