Westflux Integrated Services Ltd is set up as a midstream energy company with focus on gas processing, handling and processing facilities with capacities of up to 60MMSCFD. Westflux is focused on designing and installing modularized gas processing plants that are scalable, with reduced delivery schedule and easy to mobilize and de-mobilize.

Job Objective

• Westflux Integrated Services Limited is seeking a highly experienced Lead Senior Project Engineer / Project manager to lead and manage end-to-end technical projects within the oil and gas sector.
• This role involves planning, designing, estimating, and executing facilities projects while ensuring compliance with technical standards, industry practices, and company values.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the full project lifecycle, including scoping, preliminary design, cost estimating, economic analysis, and field development planning.
• Prepare and manage project proposals, ensuring timely submission, clear communication, and stakeholder alignment.
• Interact professionally with clients, vendors, engineering teams, and field personnel to drive collaboration and execution.
• Solicit feedback and input from stakeholders to ensure efficient project delivery and shared ownership of outcomes.
• Supervise facility installations, modifications, decommissioning, and related activities; monitor associated costs.
• Coordinate and manage external consultants or engineering firms for specialized support as needed.
• Provide technical and commercial input during contract negotiations.
• Conduct regular site visits to field locations for inspections, troubleshooting, or project follow-ups.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, industry codes, safety standards, and applicable government regulations.

• Take on additional assignments as required by management.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higherin Mechanical, Chemical, or Petroleum Engineering from an accredited university.
• 13-20 years years of engineering experience, with a strong background in project management and execution in oil & gas.
• Proven track record in cost estimation, budgeting, planning, scheduling, and contract administration.
• Skilled in reading and developing engineering documents including block flow diagrams, P&IDs, datasheets, and technical specifications.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and consistently deliver results.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical information clearly.
• Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to mentor, motivate, and lead teams under pressure.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel); experience with process modeling and project management software is a plus.
