We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Fashion House Supervisor

Location: Ajah, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily activities of tailors, designers, and support staff
• Ensure timely production and delivery of garments
• Monitor quality control to maintain high fashion standards
• Manage inventory of fabrics, tools, and materials
• Coordinate client orders, fittings, and deliveries
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work environment
• Train and motivate staff to improve productivity
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally

Requirements

• Minimum of OND or equivalent qualification
• Proven experience in a fashion house or similar supervisory role
• Strong knowledge of garment production and tailoring processes
• Excellent leadership and organizational skills
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Must reside in Ajah or its environs.

Salary
N250,000 monthly.
